Basic Service:  $795.00

Most Firms or Visa Services only offer to prepare the forms for the client. Our firm makes obtaining a Visa for your spouse/fiancée by doing all the work for you. One of our immigration attorneys will contact you and your fiancée (if the fiancée can speak English, Ukrainian, Lithuanian or Russian) and advise you and your fiancée of the process. We will obtain approval of your petition. If not we will refund your money. We will prepare all forms and overnight the petition to the appropriate USCIS service center. This service includes post-USCIS telephone advice and direct contact with the fiancée but the responsibility for Embassy processing falls largely on the client and fiancée. It does not include preparation of the Embassy materials and forms, or preparation of the fiancée for the Embassy interview.

Full Service Support: $1450.00

We will include everything in the above package plus complete all forms for your fiancée/spouse. Shortly after we submit the USCIS Petition, we will prepare all Embassy forms and your Affidavit of Support for your fiancée/Spouse and mail them to your fiancée/Spouse. This shall include advice, collection, preparation, and proper collection of all forms and advice for additional supporting documents. A very large percentage of visas are either denied or there is a request for additional documentation (RFD) because the fiancée is not adequately prepared for the interview. Our attorneys will contact your fiancée/Spouse prior to the interview to prepare and review documents to ensure that he/she will be prepared, comfortable, and relaxed for the k-1/k-3 visa Embassy Interview.

For additional $500.00 one of our staff or attorneys will meet with your fiancée/spouse at the Embassy City prior to the interview.

Fiancée service only: $850.00

This is for full fiancée support. Assistance in obtaining all documents necessary for approval of the petition. We will fill out all necessary forms and advise your fiancée about the interview.

Children: $250.00 per child
